Jay has worked in the veterinary industry since 1993 and originally joined Warren House in 2010 as a Registered Veterinary Nurse. In 2015 Jay became a branch manager based at Rochester Surgery and then stepped up to be the group practice manager in 2017.

She is now responsible for the running of all four surgeries and although she is mainly office based now, Jay still loves to do a little nursing when she can.

Outside of work hours, Jay enjoys watching motorbike racing as well as putting on her orange overalls to be a racetrack marshal too.
