Jay has worked in the veterinary industry since 1993 and originally joined Warren House in 2010 as a Registered Veterinary Nurse. In 2015 Jay became a branch manager based at the Rochester Surgery and then stepped up to be the group practice manager in 2017. She is currently the interim Practice Director for the group.

Outside of work hours, Jay enjoys watching motorbike racing as well as putting on her orange overalls to be a racetrack marshal too.
