The Warren House group is a very friendly 4 branch practice in Kent. We currently have 9 veterinary surgeons working for Warren House, two of whom are new graduates trained with us under the GDP programme.
Initially, students will collaborate with or shadow an experienced veterinary surgeon. As they progress through the programme, they will be given more independence based on their skills and their comfort level.
As a practice, we aim to gently integrate our students into consultation and surgery routines. Once they feel comfortable with them, they will be guided into more complex cases.
Our goal is to equip our graduates to work independently and be fully capable of working solo by the time they complete their GDP e-portfolio.
We are seeking proactive, friendly graduates who function effectively in a team and are happy to communicate with clients and colleagues. We value graduates who are curious and enthusiastic about learning from their peers to enhance their knowledge and skills.
Don’t just take our word for it
“Warren House have been really supportive and helpful as a new graduate – no question is a silly question and I always have people available to ask for advice! I couldn’t have asked for a better start to my veterinary career."
Lucy Ballard, Graduate Veterinary Surgeon
