Even young, healthy animals can suddenly become ill or have an accident needing veterinary treatment. This is why we offer four weeks free pet insurance with Petplan, who have been insuring pets for over 40 years.
This offer is available for puppies, kittens and rabbits from six weeks old up to 18 months after the completion of a health-check with one of our vets.
Please note:
This free insurance is valid for four weeks from the date and time that cover was activated.
Cover should be activated within 24 hours of the vet’s health check in order to be in receipt of up to £4000 worth of cover for veterinary fees with. Insurance cover will then be instant for illness or injury of that pet.
If cover is not activated within this window, the limit of cover may be reduced and may not commence immediately.
If a claim for veterinary treatment fees is made, then an excess will apply.
We do not retain any card or bank details, and there is no need to cancel as the cover automatically expires if you do not upgrade to a full policy within the four weeks.
